Professional Installer’s Note

For a professional, wall-to-wall finish, we recommend leaving a 5mm expansion gap at the perimeter of the room to accommodate natural thermal movement. The Leather Smooth surface is particularly easy to maintain; however, for high-traffic commercial zones or areas with heavy point loads, we suggest a full-surface bond using a high-tack adhesive. Tiles can be precisely trimmed using a heavy-duty utility knife or a fine-toothed jigsaw for a clean fit around pillars and doorways.
